CASA ANTONETE  RED - RESERVE

This wine is made by a large maceration in rotary horizontal fermentation machines, where it is possible to get a better extraction of the grape substance, such as colour, aromas, tannins, giving its structure and complexity to its later aging of 16 months in new oak barrels. Afterwards, it reposes bottled in our cellar.

Perfect stews, all range of meats, cheese, sausages, patê, snacks, to be served at room temperature.

Specifications

Deep ruby red colour with tile shades. Aromas, which are characteristic to this variety of grapes, adapted to the Mediterranean climate, and soils from La Mancha, joined with the contributed aromas of its long maturing in oak barrels. Pleasant, ample palate, well balanced and elegant

Comments

This fine wine is the result of a combination of techniques, at different fermentation temperatures, lengths of skin contact, and levels of crushing. After blending, a complex, structured wine is obtained, which then will be fermented in oak barrels.

Suggested Foods

Perfect for red and white meats, game, mature cheese, pâté. Best served at room temperature.

Specifications

This red wine comes from selected Tempranillo type of grapes, also called TEMPRANILLO from Semi-arid Mediterranean climate, with highly seasonal rains, concentrated in winter and strongly influenced by winds coming from LA MANCHA planes.

Specifications

This red wine derives from selected  TEMPRANILLO grape variety, made from a large maceration – grapes homogenisation process. The wine comes strictly from grapes. Nevertheless, it provides a sensible taste leaving a fresh and delicate palate.

Comments

Bright pink and clean rose colour wine, very aromatic that reminds strawberry, raspberry, and peach, providing a light and fresh palate.

Suggested Foods

A good match for fish, shellfish, snacks, and salads. Best served slightly cooled at 6-8ºC

Specifications

This is a rose wine made from Tempranillo grape variety, which are then cool macerated and filtered by gravity obtaining a clean must, which is then fermented in stainless steel vats at strictly controlled temperatures.

Pale yellow colour wine, with fine fruit aromas, providing a refreshing and balanced smooth palate.

Perfect for fish, shellfish, snacks, and salads. Best served slightly cooled at 4-6ºC 

Specifications

This is a unique white wine made from selected grapes, collected at the most mature state, transported with care to a cool maceration process. The must is obtained by gravity, to be then fermented in stainless steel vats at very strictly controlled temperatures.  

 

 

NEGORA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Red Bordeaux colour with deep red tonnes. Mature fruits by the nose together with humus and coconut notes, with reinforcements on the sweet pepper characters common on this grape variety. Once in mouth, is a fresh wine, persistent, with well load of tannins, elegant, rich and sensual.

Intense deep red colour. Balsamic and while aromas with spicy fruits notes, accompanied with chocolate nuances. Once in mouth, is a categorical but kind taste, marmalade and truffles appearing. The wines bring together character, kindness and smoothness.

Red Redcurrant colour with deep red nuances. Black fruit aroma, violets, Vanilla and spices. In mouth appear the marmalade and prunes, black redcurrant, and spicy notes.

Red deep colour with twinkle cherry. While fruits aromas, dried fruits, and olives with coffee notes, cocoa and tobacco. In mouth lactic remembrance with tobacco and fruits like blackberry and prunes.

Pale Straw yellow colour, almost gold. In nose, it is appreciated the fine butter and dried fruits, with slight taste of matured fruits. In mouth, feeling of nuts and matured hazelnut. This is a wine close to sweetness being dried, fruity and smooth

Suggested Foods

The wine is best to accompany with all shorts of fish, rice, aperitifs, shellfish and seafood. It is suggested to be served at 6º C approximately.

The wine is made from 100% Chardonay grape variety. We obtain the must from a slight maceration process at low temperature, fermented at 18ºC obtained through gravity.

 

 

CUNION BARREL BREADED

Cherry Intense colour with red deep hints. In nose, appear slight herb nuances; it belongs to the aniseed-flavour ones, combined with compote, vanillas and red fruits. In mouth, the wine shows its freshness, together with the fruit maturity and the toasted flavours provided by the barrel

Pale colour with yellow iridescence.     In nose, its is appreciated citric fruits, and fine notes of pineapple and banana. In mouth, the wine is fresh, pleasant, and delicious.

Suggested Foods

The wine is best to accompany with all shorts of fish, rice, aperitifs, shellfish and seafood. It is suggested to be served at 6º C approximately.

Specifications

We obtain the must from a slight maceration process at low temperature, fermented at 18ºC obtained through gravity.

Medium Cherry red colour with lime tonnes, typical aromas from the region, giving a complex, smooth and fine palate.

To be served with all red and white meats, sausages, cheese, paté.

Specifications

Traditionally elaborated wine from the best harvested grapes right from Castilla LA MANCHA meadow planes, macerated with its peals at medium temperature, where you can appreciate flavour f wines from this region.

Yellow cane colour, clean, and characteristic aromas from this variety, an excellent taste, smooth and fine palate.

Suggested Foods

Perfect for any traditional stew dish, rice, fish, light cheese, crayfish, spider crab, and oysters in butter. It is perfect at 4 to 6ºC temperatures.

The wine is vacuumm packed inside a thermal box inside a box, completely hermetic, making  an easy dosage, with its respective spigot a the bottom, which allows the consumption with altering the remaining product inside.  The wine qualities are maintained and kept in 100% after opening. 

Specifications

Traditionally elaborated wine from CASTILLA-LA MANCHA meadow plains. Elaborated with must that comes from gravitation. Also very carefully fermented. This wine is the result of the best grape selection from every harvest.

Red Bigarreau Cherry colour, with matured fruit aromas, compote and spices that make remembrance of the varieties that makes it. In mouth, complex and restructured.
