This wine is made by a large maceration in rotary horizontal fermentation machines, where it is possible to get a better extraction of the grape substance, such as colour, aromas, tannins, giving its structure and complexity to its later aging of 16 months in new oak barrels. Afterwards, it reposes bottled in our cellar. |
